It is snowing outside and sometimes the wind blows through. I’ve spent the entire day in my room working on my poetry portfolio—& sending emails, gchatting, etc. Earlier this afternoon an ambulance pulled up to the house next door and carried away a man who was sitting on the front porch. if i wrote a book, that may or may not be what i would call it. i was working on a poem today, and it was giving me trouble, and i showed it to the ex-bf/itscomplicated and he was like, well what exactly do you want this poem to do? and i was like, “uh, well, it’s, like, dramatizing my neuroses.” and then i was like, jesus that is a fucking ridiculous reason to write a poem.
